Services
Counseling services are provided by Rita Gurung, Clinical Psychologist and Psychosocial Counselor, primarily through online sessions (Zoom, Google Meet, or WhatsApp Video) for clients in Nepal and worldwide.
Booking & Payment
Appointments are confirmed after a booking request is reviewed. The initial consultation is free of charge; fees for other sessions are displayed on the booking page and are payable before or at the time of the session.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Later cancellations or non-attendance may be charged in full.
Not an Emergency Service
This website and the booking system are not monitored around the clock and do not provide emergency care. In a crisis or emergency, please contact local emergency services or the nearest hospital immediately.
Client Responsibility
You agree to provide accurate information when booking, join sessions from a private space where possible, and treat the therapeutic relationship with mutual respect.
