Yes. All sessions can be conducted online via Zoom, Google Meet, or WhatsApp Video — for clients in Nepal and anywhere in the world. Online therapy is as effective as in-person therapy for most concerns.
Yes. I work with clients in many countries, including Nepali communities abroad, expats, and international clients. Sessions are scheduled at a time that works in your time zone, and every session is confidential.
No problem. Sessions are planned around your local time, with morning and evening options for clients across Asia, Europe, Africa and the Americas. Mention your time zone when booking.
Sessions are available in English, Nepali, and Hindi. We can switch between languages based on your comfort.
The initial 30-minute consultation is free of charge. Individual counseling and postpartum support sessions are NPR 1,500, and follow-up sessions are NPR 1,200.
Absolutely. All sessions are strictly confidential. The only exceptions are situations involving immediate safety concerns, which we would discuss together.
The first session is about understanding your concerns, goals, and background. It is a safe space for you to share at your own pace. We will discuss what approach might work best for you.
